Audrey Angeles has spent 18 years in Washington, DC, transforming flour, sugar, and butter into exquisite culinary masterpieces.

Her indulgent wedding cakes and Asian-inspired desserts are perfect for those seeking a stunning centerpiece that offers bold flavors without overwhelming sweetness. For exciting tastes like ube, pandan, matcha, yuzu, and miso, look no further than Frost & Flourish!

Originally from the Philippines, Audrey founded Frost & Flourish by skillfully balancing her culinary passion with family life.

Growing up in her grandmother's kitchen and influenced by Duff Goldman's "Ace of Cakes," Audrey moved to Virginia to enroll in the pastry program at the former Art Institute of Washington.

She honed her skills at Brabo by Robert Wiedmaier, Liberty Tavern, and Eventide, and also played a key role in launching a bakery in North Beach, MD.

Transitioning to corporate hotel kitchens, she uncovered her talent for creating chocolate showpieces and luxury wedding cakes.

Audrey trained under the guidance of Maggie Austin, and at L'ecole Valrhona in Brooklyn, NY.
