Katie and Christian’s wedding day was a celebration of traveling adventure, faith, and the people they love most. The wedding overlooked the Blue Ridge Mountains, which was the perfect backdrop for their love-filled day.
With their love for travel and Christian being a pilot, they had so many special details that we loved including Christian making a pilot announcement for their entrance, tossing paper airplanes off the balcony of The View at Bluemont, and their luggage tag seating chart.
One thing Katie and Christian learned from wedding planning is that it can be incredibly overwhelming at times (especially when you’re in the middle of it), but every decision, every late night, and every effort was worth it. Getting able to enjoy a day planned with so much love with your closest family and friends is so special. Every joy, laugh, and quiet moment was made with people they love and those are the memories that they’ll carry with them forever.
Katie was glowing thanks to Fairy Bronze Mother who created a custom glow perfect for her skintone and preferences!
The party continued with a live painter, dessert bar, fire pit s’mores, and a packed dance floor that kept the party going all night long. Katie said the vendors that she worked with were excellent with communication and really helped make the day as enjoyable as it was!
Katie and Christian’s wedding was truly a fairytale, and it’s only the beginning of their forever together!
