You’ve made the plans-now let us bring it to life. Our coordination package ensures everything runs smoothly in the final stretch, with our team stepping in eight weeks out to manage logistics, vendors, and personal details.​

Cassidy Dawn

Owner, Lead Planner & Floral Designer

Before pursuing her businesses full time, she spent more than eight years working in the hospitality industry, where she developed a strong foundation in logistics, guest experience, and event operations. Today, she combines planning and floral design to provide clients with a cohesive, streamlined approach to their events.

Outside of work, Cassidy enjoys cooking for her family, is almost never seen without a coffee in hand, and draws daily inspiration from home life and creativity. Rita’s Roses is named after her high-spirited dog, Rita — a fitting tribute to the energy and personality that inspired the brand.
